Telehealth is available for both individual and couples therapy services. For some, it’s always been difficult to get the help you need in person – barriers like work schedules, unique family situations and geographic location have prevented you from getting the help you were seeking. TODAY – many more people are experiencing a barrier to in-person therapy due to the COVID-19 ciris. 

Telehealth is available to you as an option to get through his difficult time while still prioritizing your mental health and quality of your relationships. We understand that now more than ever people are experiencing heightened anxiety and depression while learning to adapt to the impact of COVID-19.

Sessions are confidential and easy to join from where you are. Your therapist will walk you through the process for conducting sessions via video and answer any questions you might have. Telehealth do NOT have to be difficult and most people report they have found it easier to adapt than expected.
